Quick start
Three steps from order to use
How soon after purchase is my instance ready?
Automation usually finishes within 1–5 minutes after payment. You'll get email and console alerts with credentials. If it's still not ready after 10 minutes, contact support.
How do I power on, off, or restart?
On the order detail page, use Power on, Shut down, and Restart in the top bar—status updates in real time.
How do I see hardware specs?
Open the console, select the order, and check Device info: model (Mac Mini M4), CPU (10 cores), RAM (16 GB), storage (256 GB NVMe SSD), bandwidth (1 Gbps dedicated), and public IPv4.
Connection & access
How do I use VNC?
Tip: On first connect, enter the VNC password from Access credentials on the order page.
How do I connect with SSH?
ssh admin@<your-ip> -p <port>
Paste it into Terminal on macOS/Linux or Windows PowerShell. Password is in the same section.
Can I use third-party remote desktop apps?
Yes. You have full macOS access—install Apple Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, Tailscale, or enable native Screen Sharing as you like.
Specs & configuration
Is this a dedicated physical machine or a VM?
Dedicated physical hardware, not virtualized. Each subscription maps to a real Mac Mini M4 with exclusive CPU, RAM, and storage—no contention, full performance.
Is bandwidth and IP dedicated?
Yes. Each unit gets one dedicated public IPv4 and a 1 Gbps port with no shared bandwidth. Optional Thunderbolt 5 clustering (80 Gbps) is available for multi-machine setups.
What is "Thunderbolt 5 clustering"?
An advanced interconnect from MacXCode using Thunderbolt 5's 80 Gbps link to physically chain multiple Mac Minis into a high-performance cluster—ideal for iOS build farms, render clusters, or distributed AI inference. Add it at purchase.
How do regions differ?
Hardware and pricing are the same; location differs:
• Singapore: Low latency in SEA, great for regional apps
• Tokyo: Stable, low-latency East Asia
• Seoul: Korea and nearby markets
• Hong Kong: Strong reach into mainland China
• US East: North America and Europe
All Tier 3+ facilities with dedicated IPv4 and 1 Gbps.
Billing & invoices
What billing terms are available?
| $20.9 | $20.9/day |
| $55.9 | $7.99/day |
| $103.9 | $3.46/day |
| $281.9 | $3.13/day |
How do I check order status and expiry?
After signing in to the console, the sidebar lists all orders and status (Running / Expired / Pending payment). Open any order for expiry, days left, and history.
Does my subscription auto-renew?
Weekly / monthly / quarterly plans have auto-renew on by default with reminder emails before renewal. You can turn it off anytime—service ends at period end, not immediately. Daily rentals are one-time and do not auto-renew.
Which payment methods are supported?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other methods Stripe supports. Checkout is powered by Stripe with 256-bit TLS—we never store full card numbers.
Account
How do I create an account?
Open the sign-in / sign-up page, enter your email—we detect new vs returning users. New users complete signup with email code and password in about a minute.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in page, enter your email, then click "Forgot password?" and reset with an email code.
Can one account manage multiple machines?
Yes. One account can order and manage multiple Mac Minis; all orders appear in the console sidebar.
Technical support
How do I contact support?
Two ways:
• Tickets (recommended): Console → Technical support → describe the issue; we reply within 2–24 hours
• Email: [email protected]—include your account email and order ID
What if the machine is unresponsive?
Try this:
1. Click Restart in the console, wait 2–3 minutes, retry
2. If still stuck: Shut down → wait 30s → Power on
3. Check your network can reach the node's IP
4. If none of that works, open a ticket with the order ID for priority help
